Does this sound like you?
Overwhelmed by disorganization, chaos, or clutter in your home (and mind) and unsure where to begin.
Frustrated or ashamed because managing daily tasks, staying focused, or keeping up with routines feels impossible.
Constantly stressed and unable to relax.
These feelings are completely valid— and you don't have to navigate them alone.
As a licensed occupational therapist, I support youth (ages 14+) and adults who are navigating challenges with mood, attention, and staying organized due to mental health, chronic health issues, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Whether you're looking for practical support to get organized, strategies to build executive functioning skills, or guidance with creating routines and systems that actually work for your brain and life—
I'm here to help.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth

I’m a licensed occupational therapist (OT) with over 15 years experience working with clients with diverse mental and physical health challenges. I am also a wife and mother, and understand firsthand the challenges of busy schedules, multiple responsibilities, and keeping up with chores.
I have seen both personally and professionally how our home environment and the way we organize our lives have a profound impact on our overall wellbeing. That's why I've created tailored therapy services that help clients find a healthier balance with the items in their homes, design spaces that truly support them, and build organizational skills that make daily life more manageable.
Because clutter and disorganization are often difficult to talk about, I approach these difficulties with compassion and non-judgment. I’m here to help you take control of your life and turn your efforts into real, lasting results!
