Meet Elizabeth

I’m a professional organizer with 15 years of experience as a licensed occupational therapist (OT) working in mental health.
My clinical expertise, along with my training in organizational strategies and interior design principles, allows me to help clients achieve a healthier balance with the items in their homes, a space that supports their wellbeing, and daily habits that helps them thrive.
I specialize in working with adults who struggle with organization because of mental health and brain-based challenges (e.g. ADHD, mild concussion)— but honestly, anyone who needs support to get organized is welcome!
Our homes have a profound impact on our wellbeing—clutter can add stress and hold us back, while a thoughtfully organized space can bring healing and freedom.
Since clutter and disorganization are often difficult to talk about, I approach these difficulties with compassion and non-judgment. Part of my role is to help you to take charge of your life and develop lasting self-awareness and skills.
